What to do if the orders are clubbed by the delivery partner ?
We have observed that our delivery partners tend to bundle orders from multiple customers for faster delivery. However, this approach may result in a problem if the combined order size is too large to fit in the delivery partner's bag, which could lead to order cancellation by the driver. In such a situation, we recommend that the client allows the driver to deliver at least one order, or alternatively, the client can consider delivering the other order themselves, and we will refund the delivery fee.
