A)When a client/takeaway integrates with the delivery partner feature, the end customer can place an order using online card payment. For offline orders, both card payment and pay by link options are available.
Q) What happens after the customer has made the payment and the client/takeaway accepts the order?
A) Once the payment has been made and the client/takeaway accepts the order on their FoodHub device, the order is automatically forwarded to the delivery partner portal. From there, it is assigned to an available driver from a provider.
Q)How long does it take to assign a driver ?
A) For UK orders, a driver is assigned within the first 15 minutes of the order being accepted, or based on the expected delivery time set on the takeaway's website.
Q) Can clients track driver themselves?
A) Yes, clients using the fusion react full EPOS version 11.4.5 have the capability to track their assigned drivers.
Q) Is the delivery partner feature automated? What happens if there are additional issues?
A) Yes, the delivery partner feature is automated. However, we also have a dedicated team that monitors orders in real-time to handle any additional issues that may arise.
