How to Cancel an Order on the Stuart Dashboard

Follow these steps to cancel an order:

Cancelling your delivery before the pickup
  1. Select the "Ongoing or scheduled" tab.
  1. Locate the Order. 
  1. Click on "Cancel Delivery."
  1. Select Cancellation Reason. 
  1. Please note that if the delivery is cancelled after 2 minutes of the courier/driver being assigned, a cancellation fee will be applied.
  1. The cancellation will effectively cancel the delivery order.

Cancelling your delivery after the pickup
  1. When you cancel the request for a package that is already en-route to the destination
  1. Please contact your assigned Stuart Courier and tell them what they should do with the package.
  1. Please contact Stuart Live Support so that we can proceed to the cancellation. You will be charged the full order amount.
  1. In case the order needs to be returned contact Live Support and they will create a return job for the driver. Find out what a return implies here.
  1. If the order doesn't need a return,  you can tell the Courier-Partner to keep/dispose of the order.
