Before promising clients that we will enable the delivery partner feature, it's essential to check whether we provide coverage in their area. To do this, you can access the
coverage checker and verify the availability of delivery partners within their location.
Here are the steps to follow:
- Access the client's account on MS.
- Click on the account name, which will redirect you to Google or check business details in the config section.
- Copy the customer's address from Google.
- Paste the full address on the 'address' section in an empty row in the coverage sheet.
- If a provider is available, inform the client that they have coverage in their area.
Note: If the coverage only shows the provider name "Ryde" as the sole delivery partner in the area, this means that the client has no coverage. We have recently delisted Ryde as a delivery partner.
