How to contact stuart customer service?
There are two options to contact Stuart customer service.
Via Stuart Dashboard:
- Access the Stuart Dashboard.
- Look for the chat option within the dashboard.
- Use the chat feature to communicate with Stuart customer service.
- Stuart uses "Package ID's" to identify orders, each order on the dashboard has a package id.
- Present the package ID when prompted in the chat support if needed.
Through a Dedicated Slack Group:
- Stuart has created a dedicated Slack group for both live and non-live delivery queries.
- Reach out to Shimon or harry if the above chat support for additional assistance with Stuart customer service in real-time.
Note: It is recommended to use the dedicated Slack group for contacting Stuart customer service.
