How to duplicate an order on the delivery partner Portal.

In certain situations, when no providers are available or the delivery has been cancelled unexpectedly, you may need to duplicate the delivery order and assign it to a new provider to meet the customer's needs.

Here's a quick guide on duplicating an order:
  1. Log in to the delivery portal and organise the layout. 
  1. Locate the order. 
  1. Click on the three vertical dots icon under the actions column.
  1. Select the "Duplicate" option. 
  1. Precede the reference ID (FoodHub Order ID) with a '#' symbol when re-entering it.
  1. Set "Driver Tip" to 0.00.
  1. Select a dispatch strategy appropriate to the region. i.e UK. AU. NZ etc
  1. Confirm all necessary changes and additions have been made.
  1. Click on "Submit".
