What to check if a client is not getting orders through the delivery partner feature

If a client has been enrolled with the delivery partner but is experiencing issues getting orders, please try the following steps:

  1. Log into MS.
  2. Go to "Config". 
  3. Check the assign order to driver through. 
  4. Check show delivery.
  5. Check delivery charge by.
  6. Check delivery charges to see what is configured.
  7. Check Z.reports (for the entire month worth of orders).
  8. Check current waiting times (settings >> store settings >> current waiting).
  9. Check the website (to see if it's working and try to place a test order).

By following these steps, you can identify and troubleshoot any issues with the delivery partner feature and ensure that your client receives their orders promptly. It is important to also advise client and assist them with running marketing promotions to inform their customer base that they do delivery.
