What is hybrid delivery?
Hybrid delivery refers to a delivery model that combines different methods used by businesses to fulfill customer orders. It involves a combination of in-house delivery and third-party delivery services.
How does hybrid delivery work?
When clients place or receive a delivery order, clients have the option to choose between using their own drivers or opting for a third-party delivery partner. Clients can choose in-house delivery, the business utilizes its own drivers to fulfill the order or can opt for the third-party delivery partner service to complete the delivery.
How to enable the hybrid delivery feature:
- Login to MS.
- Navigate to the "Config" tab.
- Search "Assign Order to drive through".
- Select the "Driver Selection".
- While on config search "Hybrid Delivery" and enable it to activate the feature.
The fusion version 11.4.7 and above have this feature included.
