How To Enable The Delivery Partner Feature?
To utilize the delivery partner feature effectively, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
- Merchant ID must be provided.
- Delivery toggle must be enabled on the management system (MS).
- Reconfirm delivery charges with the client and configure them if necessary.
Integration Steps with the Delivery Partner:
- Log in to the management system (MS).
- Access the configuration settings.
- Navigate to the "View Orders" section in the sidebar menu.
- Update the option to "Assign Order to Driver Through" to Falcon Delivery.
- Enable the delivery feature.
- Once this is done, navigate to the tribar symbol.
- Scroll down to "Features."
- Select "Integrations."
- Select "Third Party Delivery."
- Update the contribution type to "Fixed."
- Set the contribution amount from the merchant to 300.
- Go to "Enable Providers" and add Doordash US as the 1st provider and Nash as the 2nd provider.
- Update the provider selection strategy to "Rank."
- Click on "Submit."
Now the merchant is fully configured. Do a final check to ensure the delivery charges are all set. If not, ensure the delivery charges and minimum order are configured for up to 10 Kilometers.
