How to file a refund request with Doordash

To initiate a refund request, you have several options:
  1. The primary method is to call DoorDashDrive support at +18552228111  for support in US, AU, NZ regions. 
  1. Press 1 for English.
  1. When prompted, audibly say "merchant" or press 4 for "merchant."
  1. Press 2 for non-restaurant support.
  1. Provide the following information:
  1. Doordash Order #: This can be found on the Doordash tracking link.
  2. Reason for the call.

Note: DoorDash allows up to 14 days from the date of the incident to file a refund request.

Note: For orders that are late 30 minutes or more and its determined to be the fault of the driver. Doordash refunds a % of the package value. 

If filing a refund request: Ensure they send a confirmation via email.
