How to file a refund request with Stuart

Step 1: To file an incident report follow these steps: 

  1. Log in to Stuart.
  1. Select any delivery job.
  1. Select the chat icon to open a chat window.
  1. Select "Send us a message."
  1. Select "Speak to an agent."
  1. Select "Issue with finished order."
  1. Select "Create a ticket to request a refund."
  1. Select "Create Ticket."
  1. Get notified by email: Insert your email address for confirmation.
  1. Package Incident: Select appropriate reason.
  1. Package ID: Insert Stuart package ID.
  1. Comment:  Explain in detail the incident.
  1. Attachments: Attach a screenshot or PDF of the Foodhub receipt.
  1. Select "Create Ticket."
Note:  Check the tickets section in the chat box to view all pending and resolved tickets.
