How to identify an offline order?

To identify if an order came through the Google Food ordering platform, Please follow these steps: 
  1. Log into MS account.
  2. Go to extras.
  3. Using the search bar, type 'Search Orders'.
  4. You are able to search an order by 'Order ID', 'Phone number', 'Email'.
  5. Once the order displays, select the 'Order Info' tab.
  6. View the 'Online/Offline option which will show the platform the order was placed through.
  7. To identify an offline order it will state 'ofline' on MS.
it's worth noting that to allow the client's Fusion React hardware to accept offline orders, their version should be higher than 11.2.4.
