How to create a delivery?

Foodhub delivery partner orders are automatically scheduled based on the waiting time set by the takeaway.

In the event, an order needs to be manually entered follow these steps: 

  1. Log in to the Stuart Dashboard.
  2. Select "Request Delivery."
  3. For the Pick Up Section:
  4. Input the full address of the Takeaway.
  5. Enter the company name of the Takeaway.
  6. Provide the Takeaway's landline phone number.
For the Drop Off Section:
  1. Input the full address of the end user.
  2. Enter the first name and last name of the end user.
  3. Provide the phone number of the end user.
  4. Add comment section: Add "house", "Apt" number etc
  5. Enter the FoodHub Order ID (e.g., 864810000).
  6. Specify the package size (medium).
  7. Delivery Timing:
Select "Now" for immediate delivery or schedule the delivery for later within an approprate time slot agreed to by the client.
