  1. Log into the Delivery Portal.
  1. Click on the "+" sign on the left-hand sidebar.
  1. Select  "Create Job manually".
  1. Enter order information into the appropriate fields. Please note that required fields are marked with a "*".
  1. Select a dispatch strategy.
  1. Click on "Submit".
  1. Select an available provider.
  1.  Select "Assign" to send to a provider.

By following these steps in chronological order, you should be able to manually create an order on the delivery partner portal successfully.

The customer (End user) Telephone number is required. You may go ahead and use the Takeaways landline number as a substitute if the customer phone number is not available.

Please note  that if the Reference ID (FH Order ID) was already used in an existing job, creating a new job may failed. You can add a '#' in front of the Reference ID and that will resolve this issue.

Make sure to watch the video below for a quick guide on how to do this.
