Re-assigning a delivery order is usually done by the automated API built into the portal, known as the auto-assign feature. The time period for this feature varies by region, and an order can only be re-assigned if a provider is available to accept the quote.
To re-assign an order follow these steps:
Log in to the delivery partner portal.
Select the desired order.
Open the "Delivery Details" to view the job details.
Click the "Re-assign" button.
Choose a provider from the available options.
Confirm the re-assignment by selecting "Assign Provider".
Click the "Assign" button to create a new job for the selected provider.
By following these steps, you can easily re-assign an order to a different provider and ensure efficient delivery service.
Important Notice: If an order is manually assigned, remember to cancel the provider that does not assign a driver.
Make sure to watch the video below for a quick guide on how to do this.
