Introduction to the delivery portal layout (New Experience)

We are happy  to announce that the delivery partner portal has undergone a significant update. The new user interface is designed to provide a more fluid and compact experience, resulting in faster load times and improved usability.

 Here are the key differences:

Filtering Deliveries
  1. Select the 'Deliveries' on the left hand side of the dashboard.
  2. Select "Assigned".
  3. Click on 'Filters' button.
  4.  A tab with display on the left side.
  5. Select "Delivery Status" Dropdown.
  6. Select the following status to display: Not assigned driver, Assigned driver, Pick up Enroute, Scheduled, Pick up arrived, Dropoff arrived, Dropoff Complete.

Adding Columns
  1. On the "Deliveries page."
  2. Click on "Columns"  on the top right of the portal.
  3. Click on the "Job External ID"  to display the Order ID.
We can add or remove columns to enhance the information we view on the delivery portal dashboard. It is recommended to add the  'Job External ID', this is same as the FoodHub order ID on MS.

Grouping by Status:
  1. On the "Deliveries" page.
  2. Click on "Status".
  3. This will group the delivery job based on the filters above.

Enhanced Job Preview:
When hovering over each column in the job listing, a small window pops up to display more details about that specific job.

Detailed Job Summary:
By left clicking on a desired job, a window pane now opens on the right side of the portal, presenting a comprehensive summary of the job.

Extended Job Details:
For further exploration, By right clicking  the desired Job and selecting "Delivery details" or selecting the "See Details" option within the job summary.

These improvements in the delivery portal's layout aim to streamline job management and enhance usability by providing intuitive navigation, convenient job previews, and comprehensive job summaries with easy access to extended details.
