How much do we charge takeaway & restaurant partners?
We have a standard fee of £3.00 for each delivery that is processed by our delivery partners.
How much do we charge end users ?
The delivery charges vary depending on the delivery provider and distance.
What is the platform fee?
A platform fee of £0.64 was added to the delivery fees on the foodhub platform. This fee is also split between the takeaway and end users at £0.32 pents each to reduce cost for all parties involved.
Why do we split payment between end user and businesses?
It is understandable the some of the rates maybe high therefore to address this issue, we propose splitting the cost of delivery between business owners and their customers, thereby reducing costs for both parties.
