Why is my order stuck in “Created” status and how do I get it assigned?

To assign a job stuck in "created" status, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the delivery partner portal.
  1. Click the 'Filters' button in the top right to access the filtering options.
  1. Click on 'Selected Status'.
  1. Deselect all options except for 'Created'.
  1. Search or select the desired delivery job.
  1. Check the quotes and look for available providers.
  1. Choose an available provider and click the "Assign provider" button.
  1. This will move the delivery/order to the "not assigned driver" status, waiting for a driver to be assigned once available.

By following these steps, you can successfully assign a job that is stuck in "created" status, ensuring it progresses to the next stage of delivery.
