Hybrid Delivery Model Rates
How much do we charge takeaway & restaurant partners?
Unlike the direct delivery partner feature. Hybrid delivery model rates set by the merchant/client for his own drivers will apply and the remaining cost will be deducted from the merchant/client's Datman account.
How much do we charge end users ?
The delivery charges the end user pays is based on the post code configuration charges set by the merchant/client. This merchant has the ability to change their delivery charges via the my businesses hub ( formerly know as the mytakeaway app).
What is the platform fee? (Nash only)
A platform fee of 0.64 was added to the delivery fees on the foodhub platform. This fee is also split between the takeaway and end users at 0.32 pents each to reduce cost for all parties involved. (This applies to Nash rates only)
